SMS Terms (Client Updates)
Program: Your real estate agent uses Threshold to text you updates about your home sale or purchase: weekly progress updates (such as showings and buyer feedback, or contract milestones) and reminders the day before key appointments (such as an inspection, appraisal, final walkthrough or closing). Your agent may also answer your questions by text.
How you opt in: Your agent asks for your permission to text you updates when you sign your listing or purchase agreement, and records your mobile number with your consent.
Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically about 1–3 messages per week while your transaction is active.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@thresholdpilot.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Using Threshold
Threshold is offered to licensed real estate agents. Agents are responsible for the accuracy of the information they connect, for obtaining their clients' consent to receive messages, and for following their brokerage's and state's rules. Threshold sends only facts recorded by the agent's calendar and files, and refers anything else to the agent.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Founding pricing stays locked for as long as the subscription stays active.

Threshold is a communication tool. It does not provide legal, financial or real estate advice. Your agent remains your point of contact for all decisions.
Limitation of liability
Threshold is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior three months.
